What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from deposit/payment and artwork approval. Turnaround does not include shipping time, so make sure you factor this into your timeline.
What if I need them sooner?
Rush fees apply to orders that you may need sooner than 7-10 work days:
- 5 – 6 business days – 15% of total invoice
- 3 – 4 business days – 25% of total invoice
- 2 business days – 50% of total invoice
How do you ship?
We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If desired, we can use 3rd party accounts, just ask before placing your order to make sure.
Do you deliver personally?
We offer free delivery on any screen printing order destination within 30 miles of the greater Asheville/Waynesville area.
How/when do I pay?
Because of the upfront investment of materials, time, and labor that is required for screen printing projects, we require payment in full before production can begin. Payment terms vary for projects other than screen printing, so make note of the specific terms on your quote and/or invoice.

Prices are always subject to change without notice and sometimes for reasons out of our control, so we provide pricing on a case by case basis. Quotes we provide are valid for 30 calendar days without being subject to change. Our pricing info is always provided confidentially and we ask that you not share this information with anyone without our permission.
